- Minimum Night reservation may apply.
- A deposit of 1 to 4 nights rental (depending on
the length of stay) is required to secure a Room reservation.
- A deposit of 50% is required for weekly Suites.
- Deposit is applied to last night of your reservation
(Deposit not transferable).
- Confirmed reservations will be held until 6PM unless
otherwise noted.
- Balance due in full upon arrival. Cash or Travelers
checks preferred.
- Personal checks accepted for deposits only.
- All changes in reservations must be confirmed by
the Management, prior to your arrival date.
- CHECK IN TIME: After 2:00pm
- CHECK OUT TIME: Before 11:00am
- PARKING FOR ONE CAR PER UNIT ONLY.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- BICYCLES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE ROOMS.
- The Stockton facilities are for the use of registered
guests only.
Cancellation
Policy
Deposits are refundable (less a 25% re-rental
fee) if we are notified no less than 14 days prior to
your arrival date.
Thirty days notice is required for weekly suites.
Deposits are not refundable with less than the required
notice. |
